This darling cake was commissioned by a co-worker for her colleague who just graduated with her Master's degree. The cake is strawberry with a strawberry cheesecake filling.
Frosted with Vanilla~Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
The owl was hand-sculpted from vanilla fondant.
