This beautiful little baby cake was made for my co-worker Sara and her new baby girl. I made strawberry cake with vanilla cheesecake filling and vanilla buttercream. The cake was quite simple, but I was able to make my first pair of tennies and I love how they turned out. I used a template cutter and had to form the shoes around papetowel until they dried the shoelaces were made with my pasta machine "fettucine" cut. I can't wait to make more. *hint*hint
